With over 25 years of expertise in the protection insurance market, I deliver personalised, expert advice on solutions to help clients improve their engagement with customers. I work to simplify the complexities of the protection market, helping clients to maximise opportunities through training, content creation, customer communications, proposition development and relationship management. With transparent guidance and a deep understanding of each client's unique needs, I seek to build long-term relationships based on trust, integrity and a shared commitment to improving the wellbeing and financial resilience of consumers.
I'm a passionate advocate for the protection market having worked in this profession for over 25 years. I have experience working for both insurers and distributors, as well as being an active member of a number of industry organisations. I'm well-connected across the protection market with a reputation for being an effective influencer, and have a proven track record of delivering improved outcomes for consumers and putting customers first.
I believe the protection market gives organisations a huge opportunity to 'do good whilst doing well' and as such have helped both advice firms and manufacturers develop effective propositions that both enable consumers to access valuable cover and deliver commercial benefits.
I have experience working with businesses across a range of areas including customer service and communication, underwriting journeys, pipeline management, CRMs, claims, retention strategies, adviser education and product development. I am also an effective public communicator with experience writing for publications, speaking at events and delivering webinars, and can use this expertise to help raise the profiles of brands I work with.
Having had breast cancer in 2019 and experiencing first hand the benefits protection insurance provides, I also have a personal motivation to improve the UK's financial resilience and ensure more consumers have access to this valuable cover. Being a claimant myself gives me added insight which I use to to help the firms I work with deliver better customer outcomes.
